The Sailing Pets is an online platform designed to help pet-owning sailors by providing them with specialised information and resources. We aim to create the biggest community of animal loving sailors around the world.
Get to Know Us
Our story began with one vet, one classic Swedish sailboat and three rescued animals learning to live at sea together. After years of working in clinics and shelters around the world, I saw how hard it was for guardians to find calm, trustworthy advice about travelling with pets by boat. The Sailing Pets was created to bring that real‑world sailing experience and evidence‑based veterinary knowledge together, and to grow a community for everyone who calls their pets part of the crew.
